- Starts on May 6, 2021 and will end on November 5, 2021 or once 40,000 applications have been received ( Chances are program will end in 4 or 5 days max. It may end in a single day if students who do not have the IELTS score are misguided and start applying with incomplete applications)
ABSOLUTELY MANDATORY CONDITIONS ( NO EXCEPTION)
Applicant must:
- Include all supporting documentation necessary at the time of application ( cannot say we’ll submit IELTS or course completion later )
- Have legal WP or PGWP at the time of making the application and must be employed. Cannot show self employment ( exception- medical doctor with self practice). Must remain in Canada till approval.
- Have Legal study Permit for entire duration of course that was completed.
- CLB level 5 ( CANNOT COMBINE TEST OR GIVE ALTERNATE TESTS; TEST NOT > 2 YEARS OLDER)

- Have completed the course between January 2017 and April 2021 from PUBLIC COLLEGE or QUEBEC CEGEP or SOME VERY LIMITED PRIVATE COLLEGE
- Most private college NOT allowed
- EXCEPT Quebec (institution in Quebec offering qualifying programs of 900 hours or longer leading to a diploma of vocational studies (DVS) or an attestation of vocational specialization (AVS)
- EXCEPT Private institution authorized by provincial statute to confer degrees ( basically student was eligible for PGWP)
- EXCEPT Quebec (institution in Quebec offering qualifying programs of 900 hours or longer leading to a diploma of vocational studies (DVS) or an attestation of vocational specialization (AVS)
- Any diplomas/certificates/attestations for either 2 year ( 16 months duration) or 2 different courses adding up to 16 months each of 8 months ( CANNOT BE FOR ONE COURSE OF 9 MONTH AND THE OTHER FOR 7 MONTHS)
- For Quebec – 2 courses AVS/ DVS totaling up to 1,800 hours. ( NO RESTRICTION ON INDIVIDUAL COURSES- ONE CAN BE LESS THAN 900 AND OTHER CAN BE MORE)
SHORTER DURATION EXCEPTION
- Any degree (Associate, Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctorate) which issued on completion of a program of at least 8 months in duration;
- a degree, diploma, certificate, or attestation issued on completion of a program of any duration leading to an occupation in a skilled trade (listed separately) ( WILL BE ELIGIBLE EVEN IF COURSE IS OF 7 MONTHS OR LESS DURATION e.g BAKING OR COOKERY COURSE)
Family members in Canada can be included in the application if in Canada or even living abroad but must meet all the requirements/ definition of a family members .
